NEW HAVEN, CONN.—An Elm City veterans service organization has endorsed a local military veteran running for a state-level leadership position in the Veterans of Foreign Wars Department of Connecticut. VFW New Haven Post 12150 endorsed Charles M. Pickett for the position of 2023 Department of Connecticut Junior Vice Commander at their January monthly member meeting.
